7) Common problems and corresponding solutions of steel bar straightening and cutting machines
(1) A solution to the problem of steel bars not being straightened.
The steel bars that have been pulled out are drilled out from under the discharge frame, and there is a large bend in the steel bars. The middle six straightening wheels should be tightened in an appropriate amount at the same time. If the steel bars being pulled out have small tadpole bends, loosen the middle six straightening wheels outward at the same time.
(2) The problem of steel bars not being fed can be solved from the following aspects.
1. Tighten the traction wheel downwards appropriately.
2. Pay attention to forward and reverse rotation.
(3) There is a solution that does not cut off.
1. The fixed length is not tightly pressed.
2. If the horizontal blade is loose, screw it in and fix it appropriately.

4) After cutting a standard length of steel bar, the situation of one or two small short material heads appearing can be solved from the following aspects.
1. The feeding speed is too fast, and the cutting table cannot return to its position. The two knife tables should be reset and the horizontal top springs should be appropriately tightened or slowly straightened for feeding.
2. The discharge rack is not smooth or lubricated well, to the point where the cutting table cannot be quickly reset. The upper, lower, left, and right positions of the discharge rack should be adjusted so that the cutting table is flat on the bottom plate, so that the discharge rack and the host are in a straight line. Add lubricating oil.
5) The problem of steel bars not falling off after cutting and drilling out from the material rack after cutting once can be solved from the following aspects.
1. Adjust the pressure wheel seat in front of the cutting table so that its bearing presses against the opening and closing pressure plate of the discharge frame.
When the machine is used for more than a month, the wear-resistant cover above the cutting table * will have rounded corners, which will cause the above phenomenon. The wear-resistant cover should be replaced in a timely manner or the rounded corners should be welded with wear-resistant welding rods, and then smoothed with a grinding wheel to form a right angle.
6) The steel bars pulled out have scratches, which may be caused by the following 5 points.
1. Excessive pressure on the straightening wheel;
2. The new machine has a short usage time, and the straightening wheel and steel bars are not running in enough;
3. Grinding marks on the steel bars at the same feeding port or straightening frame axis hole;
